Accessing Your Account on Mobile

For the best experience on mobile, flip your phone sideways (landscape mode). Once rotated, you'll see the full toolbar at the top of the page.

 

  1. In the toolbar, tap ACCOUNT — it's located next to the shopping cart icon
  2. You'll see three tabs: ORDERS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, and PROFILE
  3. Tap SUBSCRIPTIONS

 

From your Subscriptions page, you can:

 

  • View your next order information
  • Tap Send Products Now to process your order early
  • Reschedule your next order date
  • Skip an upcoming order
  • Browse product recommendations to add to your next order

 

You'll also see these navigation tabs within your subscription dashboard:

 

  • Subscriptions — all products you're currently subscribed to; manage everything from here
  • Future Orders — see what's scheduled and coming up

  2. Click or tap ACCOUNT in the toolbar
  3. Go to the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab
